Free Unlimited Trial Lessons
If you don't like your teacher then the class is free! If you are not comfortable moving forward with us, then there is no need to pay. In fact, there is no need to pay us until we have matched you with one of our tutors that you do like. We usually find that our students love our teachers, but if for any reason you don't, then there is no need to pay. We simply ask if you would like to try a different teacher (under the same terms).

Even before you decide if we are the right team for you or your child we will meet with you and design a course that aims to achieve the outcomes and expectations you have in mind. You are free to take that to the tutor of your choice.

Students Get a Team of Teachers
Teachers do not work alone, the teachers are monitored and supported by English Trainers to ensure the academic gains we expect are met. We do this by meeting with our teachers, monitoring the class notes, and staying in contact with parents and students along the way.
A specialized teacher will deliver enjoyable, easy-to-follow lessons, and the academic managers will monitor the progress and step in when necessary to evaluate the course progress and the results being obtained.

- How many hours do I have to study?
Students can study for as many hours as needed. Typically students study in 10, 20, and 40-hour blocks. However, should you just need an hour of help before a test, English Trainers is happy to provide that service.
- Where are the classes held?
English Trainers typically conducts classes at our students' homes all over Sydney, or at our offices conveniently located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
- What happens if I miss a class?
We understand that unexpected things happen! That's why if we are aware of cancellation prior to the tutor being on route, we'll happily reschedule the class at no extra cost.
- What happens if I don't like my tutor?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your tutor, English Trainers will provide you with a new tutor, no questions asked!
- Will I improve?
Yes you will! Our academic team will ensure that you improve by creating a course that addresses your needs. We also have the very best of tutors!
- Can I study with a friend?
Yes! There is a surcharge of $60 per additional student.
